The Our World Awards aim to empower 3rd–6th class pupils to learn about the lives of children and their families in developing countries, and to understand how Ireland, through Irish Aid, is working with the UN to build a safer, fairer world and a better future for all children.
Teachers across the country have praised the Our World Awards as an invaluable classroom initiative. The programme equips educators with everything they need to participate, while helping to spark empathy and global awareness in classrooms nationwide.
