Global Goals Category : Balbriggan ETNS, Dublin
The 5th class pupils of Balbriggan ETNS completed outstanding work, creating informative SDG games, hosting speakers and Human Rights Defenders, building solar ovens, and making global and STEM connections as well as creative ways of expressing the Global Goals. They were 1 of 2 winners of the Our World Awards Global Goals Category.
Global Goals Category : St. Joseph's N.S., Leitrim
The 4th class pupils of St. Joseph's N.S. created an excellent project on fast fashion, filled with practical, well-explained ideas. Their colourful display, including a lovely handmade blanket, impressed many visitors. St. James’ NS, Stradbally—3rd to 6th classes—submitted “Inspired by Camels,” a beautiful artwork made of handpainted old tiles by all the children. The project creatively links the Global Goals to a camel. A simple yet impressive idea, thoughtfully executed by the pupils.
Creative Star Award : Lissenhall N.S., Co. Tipperary
6th class pupils created an amazing comic book called “The Goal Getters.” Each superhero’s activities help readers earn SDG points while learning about the Sustainable Development Goals. This creative project combines fun and education brilliantly. Congratulations to all the pupils involved!

The 5th class girls based their video entry on the book This Is How We Do It, focusing on Quality Education. STEM Award : Limerick East ETNS
The boys and girls of 6th class at Limerick ETNS submitted a fantastic team effort, with both classes working in sub-groups on different topics. Their project featured stop-motion films, research on deforestation in Laos, and LEGO-built 3D houses—showcasing great STEM skills and creativity. Well done and congratulations to all!
Outstanding School Engagement Award : Our Lady Queen of the Apostles, Clonburris, Dublin
4th, 5th & 6th class pupils explored the theme A Better World through poems, stories, presentations, videos, posters, and community work based on their local river. They organised Fairtrade art and bakery competitions with the local library and intercultural centre, and created peer education activities. A creative, collaborative effort—congratulations to all!
