Engage with flexible, cross-curricular resources that explore Irish Aid’s work, the Sustainable Development Goals, and Our World Awards case studies.

Create

Encourage your pupils to come up with a creative, written or multimedia piece that showcases what they’ve learned.  Share your pupil’s work (in English or Irish).   All submissions will receive Certificate of Completion for every pupil and a classroom gift. Shortlisted schools will be invited to attend the 2026 National Finals!

Our 2026 National Finals will take place on Thursday the 7th of May at University College, Dublin.  It promises to be a fun filled celebration for all!

Pupil's Magazine

The Pupil’s Magazine is developed annually to engage pupils with Irish Aid’s work through case studies, fun facts, and activities. The 2026 edition explores the lives of people and communities in Laos, Mozambique, and Sierra Leone. It includes stories and activities that help pupils learn about the UN Sustainable Development Goals in an interactive way.

Share this magazine with your class to help them embark on a journey of global citizenship.

National Final

Each year the Our World Awards hosts a National Final Ceremony to celebrate the outstanding work submitted by all pupils and to reward shortlisted schools for their excellence.

The 2025 National Finals took place in the Printworks, Dublin on May 30th. Watch this video to appreciate the outstanding energy and enthusiasm of all our shortlisted schools from across the country.
